Body Measurement Points

Key measurements for women's traditional garments

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor.

Chest (Under Bust)

Measure directly under your bust, around your rib cage.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part, usually just above your belly button).

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Shoulder Width

Measure from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other shoulder across your back.

Arm Length

Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist bone with arm slightly bent.
