Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible for Return

  • Items in original, unworn condition with tags attached
  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Incorrect items received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or tailored items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 7 days

How to Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+60 18-762 4392) or email to initiate your return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to our address (return shipping is customer's responsibility)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Important Note

Custom tailoring orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for you. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing a custom order.
